Quality is at the heart of every Joliee piece. We use premium stainless steel base with PVD-coated finishes selected for everyday wear.

Is your jewellery waterproof?
Our jewellery is designed to be water-resistant and suitable for everyday wear. To help preserve its finish and extend its lifespan, we recommend avoiding prolonged exposure to water, perfumes, harsh chemicals, and cleaning products.
Will the jewellery tarnish?
Our jewellery is crafted to resist tarnishing with proper care. Following our Jewellery Care Guide will help maintain its shine and finish over time.
Is your jewellery suitable for sensitive skin?
Yes. Our 316L stainless steel jewellery is hypoallergenic and suitable for most skin types.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Once dispatched, delivery usually takes 2–4 business days for metro cities and 4–6 business days for other locations.
Is shipping free?
We charge flat 70INR shipping on all orders across India.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a tracking link via email or SMS so you can follow your shipment.
Can I return or exchange my order?
We currently do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind or personal preference.
